2010.07.27 Had a brainfart and it got away from me. Less than 3 weeks later, the first installment of the Dreamscaper Series was wrapped at 98,000 words-- Dreamscaper: Illusionary Mortality and book two has been announced, Dreamscaper: The Delirium of Nalin
Just wrapped Heaven and Hell High and have the idea for book two written out. Should be epicly fantastic.
Academy Three: The Aldegonde Cup is up in the store.
Forbidden Alliance: A Vampire's Tale is completed and slated for editing this week.
Academy Three was renamed from Lies of the unified house to The Aldegonde Cup, book four will be Lies of the Unified House.
Recently completed, The Coven: Four Sons. Edits are schedualed.
I finished and am working out the last edits of the Forgotten City of the Lotus Blossom. Personally I think it is my best work yet, but that is just the kung fu movie fiend in me. I also just finished Kennedi and Konstantin Vol 1. That was supposed to be one story, cut and dry, nothing epicly fucktacular like it turned out to be. I did start on Vol 2 but nothing that major to post yet.
Comment from fan, made me laugh and tear up
"All praises is due to you Danae! I first started reading your story of Kennedi and Konstantin and fell in love with the foul mouth girl that spoke her mind and walked with a grace all of her own and the boy with stalker like tendencies that fell for the girl at first glance even though he was damaged. I ventured on to your website and found The Academy of Thaumaturgty read it and knew I must have it. Ari is kick ass and an inspiration to any young female. I read both of the books in a day and can't wait till the next. I couldn't stop there. The young talent of Danae Ayusso had captured me, it was like a drug and I need more of your fucktacular fuckwittery. I brought three more because that is what we do when we find a author that we love, we support them by buying their work. I've only read Undiluted Minds so far, I will let you know how much I love the others later. Undiluted Minds might be my favorite but Kenny and that damn Borg just keeps me wanting more. A nyways I don't think I have laughed as much I did while reading of the midget Korin and his six foot mentally unstable goddess Micha. I loved their adventures and felt as if I was going though it with them. I laughed, cried like a baby and got the gosh darn hiccups loving every minute of it. I couldn't put it down and as much as I thought Prince Viggo was the one that I would love the most, I must say that I have a thing for depressed midgets now. I had to tell you how I felt about your work this is only a little smidge of it. You are beautiful talented and very gifted and your work should be in stores for all to read. We need strong female characters and not whiny depressed spineless girls that follow after guys that sparkle. I truly hope that you get published, only idiots will not. So enough with my rambling though I must say to anyone who read this, Danae Ayusso is an author worthy of reading. She should be an inspiration to us all and should be praised for her realism. Buy her book---Cadhla"
